HS23P2710E product is 8-bit micro-controller by CMOS process of low power-consumption and high speed which include a 12-bit ADC,a 1K*16-bit EPROM and a 256Byte EEPROM.

Most of instruction are one cycle only. Except JMP/CALL instruction,They are two cycle.
